01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jillino online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through jillino.net (the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.

• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform, or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jillino, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jillino or any applicable gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on jillino, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one jillino account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Verification (KYC): jillino is required to verify the identity of all players. 04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jillino account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your jillino account and update it regularly.
• You must notify jillino immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• You must ensure that you log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

jillino will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. jillino will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jillino are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Approved Payment Methods: jillino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the jillino cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) checks. jillino reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. jillino aims to process approved withdrawals within 1–3 business days, though actual receipt of funds may depend on the player's bank or e-wallet provider.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jillino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jillino reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of cheating.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jillino staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the account settings page.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jillino Platform without the prior written consent of jillino. Any unauthorized use of jillino's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillino shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Technical errors, connectivity issues, or delays beyond jillino's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jillino's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jillino account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jillino's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

jillino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jillino complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with trusted service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jillino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jillino will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
